Análisis del producto vs decisiones sobre el diseño

    Al recibir, la oficina técnica, el encargo de la realización de un nuevo producto/pieza, el técnico se enfrenta a un conjunto de decisiones que tendrán una significativa repercusión en el producto final. Así el diseñador deberá tomar en consideración la posibilidad de fabricar ocomprar determinados componentes del producto. Si se opta por la fabricación será necesario decidir materias y procesos, lo que implicará unos costes, unas tolerancias y unas especificaciones de forma determinadas. En muchas ocasiones los profesionales del dibujo obviamos la existencia de posibles soluciones, “preferenciando”, de forma consciente o no, una potencial solución. Es necesario por tanto que a la hora de “diseñar” nuestros productos que concienciemos a los diseñadores y dibujantes de que la decisión de utilizar uno u otro material nos puede condicionarposteriormente a la hora de poder utilizar o no elementos estándares existentes en el mercado y viceversa, y que una “forma” determinada con unas tolerancias especificas puede obligar a elaborar una pieza utilizando un procedimiento especifico y con unos costes o tiempossuperiores. En esta ponencia intentaremos plantear una serie de preguntas que deben ser respondidas antes de abordar el “diseño” final del producto.

    When receiving, the technical office, the responsibility gives the realization she gives a new product/piece, the technician faces a group he gives decisions that will have a significant repercussion in the endproduct. The designer will take this way in consideration the possibility he gives to manufacture or to buy certain components he gives the product. If it is opted by the production it will be necessary to decide matters and processes, what will imply some cost, some tolerances and some specifications gives determined form.

    In many occasions the professionals give the drawing we obviate the existence he/she gives possible solutions, "loving", give conscious form or no, a potential solution. It’s necessary therefore, when designing our products , that we make aware the designers give that the decision gives to use one or another material can condition us later on when being able to use or no existent standard elements in the market and viceversa, and that a certain "form" with some specific tolerances can force to elaborate a piece using a specific procedure and with some superior cost or times.

    In this report we will try to outline a serie of questions that should be responded before approaching the final "design" that will give the product.
