Resumen de La Sociología de la Infancia revisitada: logros y retos después de dos décadas

  A principios del 2000 el ámbito de la sociología española se mostraba ya muy receptiva a una sacudida disciplinar que llegó del norte: la invitación al giro teórico y metodológico que supusieron los nuevos estudios sociales de infancia a partir de los años 80 del siglo pasado. En este contexto, el año 2006 representa un cierto hito en la producción nacional porque este nuevo impulso se trasladó también a otras publicaciones científicas. Entre ellas destaca el monográfico que la revista Política y Sociedad dedicaba a los hallazgos de la disciplina, monográfico que, en cierta forma, aspiramos a revisitar y poner al día en esta ocasión. Se presentan cinco artículos originales destinados a actualizar el debate académico sobre la disciplina desde el prisma del siglo XXI: destacando que esta se encuentra entre la consolidación disciplinar y los debates emergentes

  At the beginning of 2000, the field of Spanish sociology was already very receptive to a disciplinary shock that came from the north: the invitation to the theoretical and methodological turn that the new social studies of childhood initially developed from the 80s of the last century . In this context, the year 2006 represents a certain milestone in national production because this new impulse was also transferred to other scientific publications. Among them, the monograph that the Política y Sociedad journal dedicated to the findings of the discipline stands out, a monograph that, in a certain way, we aspire to revisit and update on this occasion. Five original articles are presented aimed at updating the academic debate on the discipline from the perspective of the 21st century: highlighting that it is between disciplinary consolidation and emerging debates.
