Resumen de Testamento vital y voluntades anticipadas

Con esta modesta publicación persigo tres finalidades: (I) Plantear posibles reformas del Derecho Foral de Aragón e incluso de algunas normas administrativas. (II) Mostrar preferencia por el documento de voluntades anticipadas ante notario, destacando sus ventajas en atención a la seguridad jurídica por encima del documento administrativo ante testigos. (III) Criticar aquellos aspectos que, desde el punto de vista práctico, dificultan la elaboración de estos documentos. Intentaré cumplir con las tres finalidades relacionando Derecho Notarial, Derecho Foral de Aragón y Derecho Administrativo.

I have three purposes through this small publication: (I) Possible reforms of the Regional Law of Aragón and Administrative Law. (II) Showing preference for notary document, highlighting its advantages in terms of legal security over the administrative document. (III) Criticizing those aspects that, from a practical point of view, make it difficult to prepare these documents. I will try to fulfill the three purposes by relating Notarial Law, Regional Law of Aragón and Administrative Law.
