Resumen de Estrés laboral docente, e-learning y tiempos de COVID-19

  La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el nivel de estrés laboral al que estuvieron expuestos los docentes de varios centros educativos, y quienes tuvieron que acoplarse a la modalidad e-learning a consecuencia de la pandemia provocada por el COVID- 19en el año 2020. El diseño de estudio es no experimental de tipología transversal y alcance descriptivo. Para su consecución se utilizó la prueba Karasek, la misma que mide la variable de estrés laboral y que en este ejercicio presentó un adecuado nivel de consistencia interna (α = 0.85). La muestra estuvo conformada por 272 docentes de diferentes unidades académicas, en quienes se efectuó el levantamiento de información en meses pico de crisis sanitaria. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la adaptación a la nueva modalidad, las altas horas de conectividad, la falta de planificación estratégica, y las noticias negativas en general denotaron un alto índice de estrés laboral.

  The objective of this research is to analyze the level of work stress to which teachers from various educational centers were exposed, and who had to engage in the e-learning modality as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID- 19in the year 2020. The study design is non-experimental with a cross-sectional type and a descriptive scope. To achieve this, the Karasek test was used, the same one that measures the work stress variable and that in this exercise presented an adequate level of internal consistency (α = 0.85). The sample consisted of 272 teachers from different academic units, in whom the information was collected in peak months of the health crisis. In a conclusion, it was obtained that the adaptation to the new modality, the late hours of connectivity, the lack of strategic planning, and the negative news in general; denoted a high rate of job stress.
