    La presente contribución, expone el plan de una investigación en curso sobre una escuelainfantil itinerante en Chile, el Jardín sobre Ruedas. Para comprender este sujeto de estudio,se contextualiza la investigación: motivaciones, marco institucional de esta escuela, elfuncionamiento, así como los resultados y conclusiones de un trabajo de fin de master quepermitió establecer los primeros lineamientos de nuestra actual investigación. Esto da pieal estado de la cuestión, estableciendo así, la problemática de la investigación, sus objetivosy el método que se pretende utilizar.     The present contribution presents the plan of an ongoing research on an itinerantkindergarten in Chile, el Jardín sobre Ruedas. The research is contextualized in order togain a better understanding of the subject of study; motivations, institutional frameworkand operation of the school, as well as the results and conclusions of a master’s degree thesisthat helped establishing the first guidelines of our current research. All this gives rise tothe state of the question, thus establishing the problematic of the research, its objectivesand the method that is intended to use. Then, the expected results are displayed around theobjectives set beforehand, to finally propose a discussion and draw conclusions about thesubject of study.
