Resumen de Innovar para continuar: la respuesta de los centros de formación para el trabajo ante la pandemia

  Este artículo busca dar cuenta de las implicaciones que ha tenido la pandemia en la oferta de capacitación de los centros de formación para el trabajo (CFT) en México. Parte de una sistematización de doce experiencias significativas y de relatos que recuperan las voces de las personas –instructores, administrativos y directivos– que trabajan en estos centros. La información que se generó brinda luces sobre lo que sucede en este campo: los espacios que están siendo afectados, las condiciones en que operan, así como las innovaciones y alternativas que se han diseñado. Con la pandemia, los CFT se vieron obligados a adaptarse a una nueva manera de impartición de cursos, y a partir de ese momento se empezó a contar una historia distinta. Tuvieron que innovar como una única manera de responder a las nuevas condiciones… innovar para continuar, para hacerse presente y seguir generando oportunidades. Aquí ofrecemos una mirada de lo que les ha significado, cómo lo han vivido y cómo lo cuentan.

  This article analyzes the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the offer of job training institutes (CFT) in Mexico. It results from a systematization project of twelve significant experiences and narratives that recover the voices of people –instructors, coordinators, and managers– who work in these institutes. The drawn information reveals what is happening in this field: the affected spaces, the conditions in which they operate, and the designed innovations and alternatives. With the pandemic, CFTs had to change their teaching-learning process, and from that moment, a different story began. The only way to respond to the new conditions was for them to innovate: innovate to continue, to stay and continue, to generate opportunities. Here we offer a glimpse of what it has meant to them, how they have experienced it, and how they tell it.
