    Los recursos micológicos son uno de los productos forestales que más auge está teniendo en los últimos tiempos y, en muchas zonas rurales forestales puede ser un motor que impulse la gestión sostenible del monte y el desarrollo local. Pero este “boom micológico” también puede dar lugar a graves problemas de sostenibilidad para el monte y para el propio recurso. Ante esta realidad, Comunidades Autónomas como Castilla y León y Aragón han aprobado una normativa específica dirigida a la regulación del aprovechamiento de setas, dado que el Estado no lo ha hecho. En este trabajo se analiza y sistematiza el régimen contenido en esta normativa autonómica, así como las posibilidades de impulso y proyección que puede suponer para el recurso micológico la reciente Estrategia Forestal de la UE (2030) y la Nueva PAC 2023-2027.

    Mycological resources are one of the most booming forest products in recent times and, in many rural forest areas, they can be an engine that drives sustainable forest management and local development. But this "mycological boom" can also give rise to serious sustainability problems for the forest and for the resource itself. Faced with this reality, Autonomous Communities such as Castilla y León and Aragón have approved specific regulations aimed at regulating the use of mushrooms, given that the State has not done so. This paper analyzes and systematizes the regime contained in this regional regulation, as well as the possibilities of promotion and projection that the recent EU Forestry Strategy (2030) and the New CAP 2023-2027 can mean for the mycological resource.
