El principal objetivo de este trabajo radica en hacer un exhaustivo estudio sobre la inexistencia ordenada de la oferta turística, en algunos lugares.
Entre los objetivos del mismo, plantear hipótesis encaminadas a crear debates y reflexiones sobre cuál debería ser el modelo de crecimiento turístico adecuado, teniendo en cuenta los parámetros ambientales y de superficie limitada de los que adolece el territorio. Abrir vías de investigación, crear nuevas alternativas, sobre cuál debería ser el modelo de gestión más eficaz que conlleve estudios sobre la capacidad de carga.
En este estudio se analizan los recursos naturales y humanos. Por tanto; los recursos territoriales, también, serán importantes de cara a potenciar la actividad turística haciendo un uso racional del suelo, protegiendo el medioambiente y a sus gentes, bajo criterios mínimos de sostenibilidad y de bienestar social.

The main objective of this work is to do a study about the ordered nonexistence of the tourist offer.
Between the objectives of this work are: to put forward hypothesis that are going to create debates and reflections on what the appropriate tourist model, taking into account the environmental parameters and the limited surface that has the territory. To open ways of research, to create new alternatives about what should be the most efficient model of management with studies about the capacity of charge.
In this study the human and natural resources are analysed. Therefore, the territorial resources will be also important in order to promote the touristic activity doing a rational use of the land, protecting the environment and their people under minimum criterion of sustainability and social welfare.
