    Las emisiones tuyibíes de la taifa de Zaragoza han sido consideradas excepcionales por ser las primeras continuadas en el tiempo. El reciente hallazgo de dos dinares del año 411/1020-1021 permite establecer una fecha aún más temprana. Según las fuentes, en ese año gobernaba el fundador de la dinastía Munḏir I, para el que no se conocen monedas, sin embargo, las leyendas de estos dinares coinciden con los atribuidos a su sucesor Yaḥyà Ibn Munḏir. La atribución a uno u otro gobernante es compleja y obliga a una revisión de las fuentes escritas contrastándolas con las monedas. Dicha confrontación, realizada desde una perspectiva más amplia que abarque a toda la dinastía, permite plantear interesantes cuestiones relacionadas con las titulaturas adoptadas por los miembros de este linaje, la transmisión del poder y las cronologías que se han venido utilizando, que ofrecen versiones dispares según utilicemos los textos escritos o la evidencia numismática.

    Monetary issues of Banū Tuŷīb of Saragossa have been considered exceptional for being the first continued in time. The recent finding of two dinars from the year 411/1020-1021 allows us to establish an even earlier date. According to sources, in that year was ruling the founder of the dynasty Munḏir I, for whom no coins are known. However, the legends of these dinars coincide with those attributed to his successor Yaḥyà Ibn Munḏir. The attribution to one or the other ruler is complex and requires a review of the written sources contrasting them with the coins. This confrontation, carried out from a broader perspective covering the whole dynasty, allows being raised interesting questions related both to the nomenclatures used by the members of this lineage and power transmission, but to the chronologies that have been applied until now, which offer disparate versions depending on whether we use written sources or the numismatic evidence.
