Resumen de معنى الدولة في الفكر العربي المعاصر، عزمي بشارة نموذج ا: El significado del Estado en el pensamiento árabe contemporáneo, ‘Azmī Bišāra como modelo

  Este artículo representa una tentativa de estudiar el significado del Estado, como signo, en el pensamiento árabe contemporáneo, tomando las obras del pensador árabe Azmi Bishara como modelo para la realización de este estudio, en el que se analizan los títulos más relevantes que representaron la realidad del Estado árabe contemporáneo. Para explicar este concepto, el investigador clasifica el Estado en Bishara en dos tipos que se contraponen: El Estado/ La Democracia y El Estado/ El Sectarismo. Dentro de estos dos tipos, se estudian otras oposiciones binarias derivadas de las primeras, como son: El Estado/ La religión, El Estado/ La Sociedad, El Estado/ El Ciudadano. Asimismo, a lo largo de este estudio, el investigador compara, con un método analítico, la visión de Bishara con la de otros pensadores árabes, con el objetivo de mostrar la importancia de esa “visión” para explicar el “caso” que el Estado árabe está experimentando en las circunstancias actuales.  Finalmente, el investigador concluye que el significado del Estado en el pensamiento es un significado deductivo que representa el “caso” del Estado árabe, y expresa su crisis; pero a la manera de un pensador cuyo discurso combina política, filosofía e historia.

  This article represents an attempt to study the meaning of the State, as a sign, in contemporary Arab thought, taking the works of the Arab thinker Azmi Bishara as a model for carrying out this study, in which the most relevant titles that represented the reality of the contemporary Arab state. To explain this concept, the researcher classifies the State in Bishara into two opposing types: The State / Democracy and The State / Sectarianism. Within these two types, other binary oppositions derived from the first are studied, such as: The State / Religion, The State / Society, The State / The Citizen. Likewise, throughout this study, the researcher compares, with an analytical method, Bishara's vision with that of other Arab thinkers, with the aim of showing the importance of this “vision” to explain the “case” that the State Arab is experimenting in the current circumstances. Finally, the researcher concludes that the meaning of the State in thought is a deductive meaning that represents the “case” of the Arab State and expresses its crisis; but in the manner of a thinker whose speech combines politics, philosophy, and history.

  يُمثل هذا البحث محاولة لدراسة معنى الدولة، باعتبارها دالاً، في الفكر العربي المعاصر، متخذاً من أعمال المفكر العربي عزمي بشارة نموذجاً للقيام بهذه الدراسة، وذلك بدراسة أهم أعماله التي صوّرت واقع الدولة العربية المعاصرة، وقام الباحث لتوضيح ذلك بتقسيم الدولة عند بشارة إلى نوعين: الدولة/ الديمقراطية، والدولة/ الطائفية، ومن خلال هذين النوعين درس الباحث ثنائيات مشتقة عنهما مثل: الدولة/ الدين، والدولة/ المجتمع، والدولة/ المواطن، مجرياً أثناء دراسته مقارنات بين رؤية بشارة وغيره من الفكرين العرب حول هذا الدال. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف برؤية المفكرين العرب المعاصرين للدولة، وإظهار أهمية تلك "الرؤية" في تفسير "الحالة" التي تعيشها الدولة العربية في ظل الظروف الراهنة، ويعتمد الباحث لتحقيق ذلك، على المنهج التحليلي. ويخلص الباحث إلى أنّ معنى الدولة في الفكر عبارة عن معنى استدلالي يصوّر "حال" الدولة العربية، ويعبر عن أزمتها، ولكن بأسلوب المفكر الذي يجمع خطابه بين السياسة والفلسفة والتاريخ.
