Resumen de Iluminación en alojamientos ganaderos en Galicia

  Las condiciones ambientales de las explotaciones ganaderas representan un indicador tanto de la seguridad, salud y confort del trabajador, como del bienestar animal, así como una posible contaminación atmosférica. Se han analizado las condiciones ambientales de distintas explotaciones ganaderas en Galicia. En esta comunicación se presentan los resultados obtenidos respecto a los niveles de iluminación de estos centros de trabajo. Se seleccionaron 31 explotaciones (12 de vacuno, seis de leche y seis de carne, 12 de porcino, cuatro de gestación, cuatro de maternidad y otras cuatro de engorde y 7 avícolas, cinco de pollos y dos de pavos) en las que se realizaron las mediciones oportunas que permitieron obtener los mapas de iluminación representativos de una jornada laboral. Así mismo se han cuantificado en número de horas que el trabajador está expuesto a diferentes rangos de iluminación, encontrándose situaciones bien diferenciadas según la tipología del alojamiento.

  Environmental conditions of the livestock buildings can be used like indicators of safety, health and comfort of the worker, of the animal welfare or of a possible air pollution. The environmental conditions of different livestock buildings in Galicia have been researched. This communication present the results obtained about levels of lighting in these centers of work. 31 livestock buildings were selected (12 cattle farms, 6 of dairy cattle and 6 of beef cattle; 12 pig farms, 4 of pregnant sows, 4 of maternity sows and 4 of fattening pigs; and 7 poultry farms, five of chickens and two of turkeys) where were realized the necessary measurements that allowed to obtain the lighting maps during a normal working day. Also the number of hours that the worker is exposed to different ranges of lighting was quantified, finding situations well differentiated according to the typology of the buildings.
