    Se describe la distribución estratigráfica de las especies de rinconélidos del Jurásico Inferior de España (excluidos los Pirineos). En el Sinemuriense y el Pliensbachiense se aprecia una clara diferenciación paleobiogeográfica entre, por un lado, las cuencas del norte (Asturias y la Cuenca Vasco-Cantábrica) y del este (cordilleras Ibérica y Costero-Catalana) y por el otro las Cordilleras Béticas. En el Toarciense Inferior esa diferencia se difumina como consecuencia del importante evento de extinción de la base de la Zona Serpentinum. En el Toarciense Superior se aprecia de nuevo una diferencia en las faunas, esta vez entre las cuencas del norte y las del este. Se identifican los elementos de posible correlación entre las cuencas en dos momentos: el Pliensbachiense Inferior y el Toarciense Inferior.

    The stratigraphic distribution of the species of rhynchonellida recorded in the Lower Jurassic of Spain (excluded the Pyrenees) is described. In the Sinemurian and the Pliensbachian a clear paleobiogeographic differentiation is observed between, on the one hand, the basins of the north (Asturias and the Basque-Cantabrian basin) and the east (Iberian and Coastal–Catalan Ranges) and on the other one the Betics Chains. In the Lower Toarcian this difference fades out as consequence of the important event of extinction on the base of the Serpentinum Zone. In the Upper Toarcian there is again a difference in the faunas, this time between the basins of the north and of the east. The elements of possible correlation between the basins are identified in two moments: the Early Pliensbachian and the Early Toarcian.
