La digitalización está reconfigurando el mundo, las estructuras de poder y sus formas de generación de valor. La sociedad digital emergente corre el riesgo de caer en manos de una gobernanza algorítmica, incontestable, poco transparente y discriminatoria sin un verdadero control democrático.
La desmaterialización de la economía mina la capacidad de las instituciones de regular un mercado que se trasladan a la esfera digital.
La transformación digital es una oportunidad, pero plantea dilemas y riesgos éticos. La tecnología no es ni buena ni mala, depende del uso que hagamos de ella . La cuestión es a qué dedicamos todo ese potencial de excelencia para gobernar e influenciar la disrupción digital y situar los derechos digitales en el centro del debate.

Digitization is reshaping the world , power structures and their ways of generating value.
The emerging of the digital society runs the risk of falling into the hands of an algorithmic governance, incontestable, not very transparent and discriminatory without a true democratic control. The dematerialization of the economy undermines the ability of institutions to regulate a market that move into the digital sphere. Digital transformation is an opportunity, but it poses ethical risks and dilemmas. Technology is neither good nor bad, it depends on how we use it. The question is how we dedicate all that potential for excellence to govern and inftuence digital disruption and put digital rights at the center of the debate.
