Resumen de Escritura al servicio de la muerte: los testamentos del Archivo Capitular de Burgos en época de los Reyes Católicos

En este trabajo se analiza, desde el punto de visa diplomático, la estructura de los testamentos existentes en el Archivo Capitular de Burgos correspondientes al período de los Reyes Católicos. La plasmación de una organización protocolaria para este tipo de escrituras desde la legislación Alfonsina permitirá llevar a cabo el análisis de sus diferentes partes formales. El estudio ha permitido comprobar que dicha estructura permanece prácticamente inalterable en el período investigado, si bien cabe cierta versatilidad en algunas de las partes formales, especialmente las relacionadas con las disposiciones testamentarias.

The aim of this paper is to analyze, from a diplomatic point of view, the structure of the wills of the Historical Archive of the Catedral of Burgos during period of the Catholic Kings. The protocol organization for this type of writing from the Alfonsina legislation will allow the analysis of its different formal parts. The study has verified that such structure remains practically unchanged in the period investigated, although there is some versatility in some of the formal parts, especially those related to testamentary provisions.
