The aim of the present research is to make a theoretical study about the types of the attachments existing among a child and his leading figures, the emotions that characterize them and their influence in the pre-school adaptation period. Through the lit-review based an exploratory research has been done, since this is one of the first studies dealing with the relationship between attachment and its influence in the pre-school adaptation period. According to the different authors mentioned in this research, the affective bonds established between parents and children since the child’s birth are essential, since they will remain for their entire life. Consequently, the future socialization processes as well as the child’s behaviours, like the ones shown during the pre-school adaptation period, will be conditioned by the type of attachment established with his leading figures.
