  Este trabajo sintetiza las tendencias actuales para hacer lectores críticos y habituales en los diferentes niveles educativos y sugiere algunas experiencias llevadas a cabo en los Grados de Educación Primaria e Infantil que enfocan la educación literaria atendiendo a su dimensión receptiva y expresiva. Se justifican estas propuestas en las investigaciones de la Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura y la importancia creciente que la imagen ha adquirido como vehículo complementario al texto, útil no solo para comprenderlo sino también para poder interpretarlo y recrearlo de forma más libre y creativa.

  This paper synthesizes the new methodologies for creating regular and critical readers in the different levels of education system. It suggests some Infant and Primary Education experiences that address the literary education attending to both its receptive and expresive dimensions. This approach is justified in the Teaching of Language and Literature and too because the pictures have increased his importance as complementary text. It is useful not only for text comprehension but also to text interpretation and recreation in a more creative and free way.
