    La Entrevista Única en Cámara Gesell, es un procedimiento de atención a víctimas de violencia sexual que busca recoger la declaración en una sola ocasión para evitar la revictimización. El estudio busca conocer el proceso de implementación de la Entrevista Única, contrastando la ruta de atención formal y práctica, así como las dificultades en el servicio. Se ha recurrido a operadores fiscales, psicólogos y médicos de una sede del Ministerio Público en Lima, a través de entrevistas semi estructuradas. Se encontró diferencias en la aplicación práctica y aquella propuesta en los documentos normativos, así como también, dificultades relacionadas al tiempo de espera para la toma de declaración, ausencia de capacitación especializada e intervención de operadores ajenos al Ministerio Público durante el proceso de Entrevista Única. El estudio muestra un inventario de problemas en la aplicación práctica de la entrevista única, los que indican que no se evita la revictimización de los sujetos, y afecta el proceso de investigación penal.

    The Single Interview in Gesell Chamber is a procedure of attention for victims of sexual violence, which focuses on collecting a one-time statement in order to avoid re-victimization. The study seeks to know about the process of implementation of the Single Interview in Gesell Chamber, contrasting the formal and practical route and the problems operators cope in the service. Then methodology used for the study consists of semi-structured interviews conducted to public prosecutors and forensic operators from a Lima headquarter of the Public Ministry. The study found differences between the practical and the formal application of the procedures, as well as difficulties such as, the waiting time for the entry of statements, the absence of specialized training, and the intervention of external operators to Public Ministry during the Single Interview process. In addition, the study reveals, among others, problems in its implementation, which not avoid re-victimization and affect the criminal investigation process.
