Resumen de L’imaginaire d’images: une réflexion sur la photographie chez Barthes, Duras et Guibert

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la relación entre autobiografía, fotografía y autoficción en una selección de autobiografías francesas del siglo XX como Roland Barthes par Roland Barthes de Roland Barthes, L’Amant de Marguerite Duras y L’image fantôme de Hervé Guibert. Examinaré la relación compleja que estos autores mantienen con los retratos fotográficos que eligen integrar o simplemente aludir en sus autobiografías y mostraré como el conflicto entre imágenes textuales e imágenes visuales del « yo » refuerza las frágiles fronteras entre autobiografía y autoficción.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the relationship between autobiography, photography and autofiction in a selection of 20th century French autobiographies, such as Roland Barthes par Roland Barthes by Roland Barthes, L’Amant by Marguerite Duras, L´Image fantôme by Hervé Guibert. I will examine the complex relationship these autobiographers maintain with the photographic portraits they choose to integrate or simply allude to in their autobiographies and show how the conflict between textual and visual images of the self reinforce the fine line between autobiography and autofiction.

L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser la relation entre autobiographie, photographie et autofiction dans une sélection d’autobiographies françaises du XXe siècle, en particulier Roland Barthes par Roland Barthes de Roland Barthes, L’Amant de Marguerite Duras et L’image fantôme de Hervé Guibert. J’examinerai la relation complexe que ces autobiographies entretiennent avec les portraits photographiques qu’ils choisissent d’intégrer ou simplement de mentionner dans leurs autobiographies et j’expliquerai comment le conflit entre images textuelles et visuelles de soi, renforce la faible frontière entre autobiographie et autofiction.
