El artículo pretende analizar el impacto actual y futuro de la pandemia de COVID19 en los derechos del niño. El análisis comprende no solo los concretos derechos del niño afectados y el alcance de su impacto, sino también el de la respuesta institucional que se ha dado y cómo se ha concretado. Todo ello debe quedar alineado con lo dispuesto en la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño, que este año cumple treinta de vigencia en España, y con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, en los que la infancia juega un papel esencial.

The article aims to analyze the current and future impact of the COVID19 pandemic on children’s rights. The analysis includes not only the specific rights of the child affected and the scope of its impact, but also the institutional response that has been given and how it has been implemented. All this must be aligned with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has been in force for thirty years now in Spain, and with the Sustainable Development Goals, in which children play an essential role.
