This paper presents the first magnetotectonic data of the central fringe of the Jaca-Pamplona Basin. These data have been oblained from 16 sites located in marls, turbidites and limestones of Eocene age. In the central and eastern sectors of the basin appear void, clockwise and counterclockwise rotations, that are involved in a trend of thrusts and folds detached within Eocene the turbidites. This fact suggests the superimposition of a counterclockwise rotation associated to this trend with the clockwise rotation linked to the South Pyrenean Basal thrust sheet. Otherwise, in the west part of the basin, the existence of both clockwise and void rotations suggest a more complex structural evolution than was previously realized from other geological data.
