    The objective of this work is to deepen the situation of women refugees and the precariousness of their social rights, based on neoliberal globalization. It is known that women go through the most varied forms of violence when crossings to other countries. Many of them are the only ones responsible for the children, surviving the most precarious situations. In this sense, the questioning will answer the following question: to what extent are refugee women condemned to an eternal precariousness of their rights or an announced death? The work has as secondary source, data from the United Nations Agencies.

    O objetivo deste trabalho é aprofundar a situação das refugiadas e a precarização dos direitos sociais, tendo como marco a globalização neoliberal. Sabe-se que as mulheres passam pelas mais variadas formas de violência nas travessias para outros países. Muitas delas são as únicas responsáveis pelos filhos, sobrevivendo a situações mais precárias. Neste sentido, a problematização responderá ao seguinte questionamento: até que ponto as mulheres refugiadas estão condenadas a uma eterna precarização de seus direitos ou uma morte anunciada? O trabalho tem como fonte secundária, dados das Agências das Nações Unidas.
