La dislocación testicular tras traumatismo contuso es infrecuente. Es una lesión cuyo diagnóstico y tratamiento deben ser precoces para evitar la posible pérdida del testículo afecto.
Presentamos un nuevo caso de dislocación testicular que pasó de forma inadvertida y cuya evolución posterior fue la atrofia testicular. Además describimos el diagnóstico y tratamiento basándonos en los casos publicados.

Testicular dislocation after blunt scrotal trauma is a rare event. This injure must be recognized and treated promptly to maximize the likelihood of testicular salvage.
We describe a new case of unnoticed traumatic testicular dislocation with secondary testicular lost. We discuss the chain of events leading toward the correct diagnosis and treatment based on a review of published reports.
