• The text here presented proposes a rethinking of personalism from the personalist bioethics perspective in terms of a neopersonalism capable to integrate and harmonize the classical ontological categories with the new postmodern paradigm of thought. Likewise, it provides an introduction of Nussbaum’s capabilities approach, which although liberal, conciliates universality with singularity and contributes with the formulation of such neopersonalism
