    Los escenarios son uno de los elementos esenciales de la Narrativa Audiovisual. Ayudan a contextualizar las historias, pero esta no es su única función: también tienen un importante papel emocional. En la creación de espacios cinematográficos destaca, por su libertad creativa, emocional y sus posibilidades estéticas el Cine de Animación, con ejemplos tan representativos como Coco (2017), ganador de dos Oscar. Por ello, nuestros objetivos son poner de manifiesto la relevancia de la puesta en escena en este tipo de cine, y conocer la relación que existe entre los escenarios y las emociones de los personajes en el largometraje mencionado. Los resultados obtenidos a través del análisis de 30 de los escenarios que aparecen en la película de forma cualitativa y cuantitativa nos llevan a deducir que los escenarios actúan como intensificadores de las emociones de los personajes, al tiempo que reflejan el mundo interior de algunos de los protagonistas. Además, ayudan a contextualizar las diferentes situaciones y a generar una dicotomía estética que guía al espectador a través de la historia.

    The scenarios are one of the essential elements of the Audiovisual Narrative. They help to contextualize the stories, but this is not their only function: they also have an important emotional role. For its creative and emotional freedom and its aesthetic possibilities, Animation Cinema stands out in the creation of cinematic spaces, with examples as representative as Coco (2017), winner of two Oscars. Therefore, our objectives are to highlight the relevance of the staging in the current Animation Cinema, and to know the relationship between the scenarios and the emotions of the characters in the feature film. The results obtained through the analysis of 30 of the scenarios that appear in the film qualitatively and quantitatively lead us to deduce that: the scenarios act as intensifiers of the emotions of the characters, while reflecting the inner world of some of the the protagonists. In addition, they help contextualize different situations and generate an aesthetic dichotomy that guides the viewer through history.
