    IT has come into our lives and has transformed it. Immersed in the digital information society of today, new technologies have also spread to minority languages, which have brought about obvious consequences for them. The first objective of this article is to analyse what kind of impact it has had. Likewise, with Basque as the object of study, to be exact, the other main objective of this work is to clarify the effects of IT on our language. To this end, the situation of Basque in several IT fields has been looked into. Finally, in reflecting on the results obtained, two of the aforementioned objectives are answered, and the main contribution of this article is a table entitled "Resources influencing the IT development of minority languages".
