La presente investigación corresponde a unas de las líneas temáticas emergentes en Ciencias Sociales, Artes y Humanidades, con dimensión hacía la esfera del deporte y sus diferentes escenarios deportivos. Desde el pregrado hasta la cotidiana actividad del historiador deportivo que con urgencia busca un enlace entre la investigación histórica y sus posibilidades de expresar una lógica investigativa en el deporte. El mismo en correspondencia a un anhelo histórico de muchos investigadores, historiadores, docentes, estudiantes, y conocedores de los temas históricos, especialmente en la esfera del deporte. La misma se aproxima a la solución de intensas interrogantes que en muchos desde su interés personal, colectivo e institucional se cuestionan sobre de ¿Cómo debe escribirse una historia del deporte desde una localidad o región?, Teniendo en cuenta estas interrogantes y sobre la base científica de la metodología de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, algunos paradigmas socioculturales, humanísticos, interpretativos, etc., acompañados de diferentes metodologías, modelos, alternativas, concepciones didácticas, pedagógicas, históricas, de valores, asumimos la idea de aportar nuevas vías metodológicas que desde el análisis y la síntesis, y la experiencia en estos temas, sistematizar un estudio desde una localidad que muestra interesantes pasajes que identifican a un pueblo en este caso Guantánamo Provincia del Alto Oriente Cubano

The present investigation corresponds to some of the emerging thematic lines in Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, with dimension towards the sphere of sport and its different sports scenarios. From the undergraduate to the daily activity of the sports historian who urgently seeks a link between historical research and its possibilities to express a research logic in sport. The same in correspondence to a historical yearning of many investigators, historians, teachers, students, and connoisseurs of the historical subjects, especially in the sphere of the sport. It approaches the solution of intense questions that in many from their personal, collective and institutional interest are questioned about How should a history of sport be written from a localityor region ?, Bearing in mind these questions and on the scientific basis From the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research, some sociocultural, humanistic, interpretative paradigms, etc., accompanied by different methodologies, models, alternatives, didactic, pedagogical, historical, and values conceptions, we assume the idea of providing new methodological ways that from the analysis and the synthesis, and the experience in these subjects, systematize a study from a locality that shows interesting passages that identify a people in this case Guantanamo Province of the Cuban High East.
