La reciente sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional resuelve un recurso de amparo interpuesto por varios Diputados del Grupo Parlamentario Ciutadans del Parlamento de Cataluña, contra varios acuerdos de la Mesa de la Cámara y la decisión del Presidente del Parlament sobre varias enmiendas transaccionales. Las enmiendas presentadas por Diputados de la CUP vulneran la Constitución española e incumplen varios fallos del propio Tribunal Constitucional. La sentencia estima el amparo.

A recent ruling of the Spanish Constitutional Court resolves an amparo application, filed by several Deputies of the Parliamentary Group Ciutadans of the Parliament of Catalonia, against many amendments of the Chamber and the decision of the President of the Catalonian Parliament on transactional amendments. The amendments presented by Deputies of the CUP violate the Spanish Constitution and violate several decisions of the Constitutional Court itself. The sentence accepted this amparo application.
