    Se analiza en este artículo la relación entre "Le théâtre du Grand-Guignol" (1897-1962) compañía teatral y nombre del teatro que la albergó, y las vanguardias históricas artísticas. En el "Grand-Guignol" se representaban pequeñas obras teatrales de terror de uno o dos actos que ofrecían al espectador escenas cargadas de horror y truculencia. Pese a la falta de adscripción formal del "Grand-Guignol" a estos movimientos, se pueden advertir inspiraciones mutuas entre el estilo peculiar de hacer teatro y los artistas de vanguardia

    This article analyzes the relationship between "Le théâtre du Grand-Guignol" (1897-1962), a theatrical company and the name of the theater that housed it, and the historical artistic avant-gardes. In the "Grand-Guignol" small theatrical works of terror of one or two acts were represented, offereding to the spectator scenes loaded with horror and truculence. Despite the lack of formal affiliation of the Grand-Guignol to these movements, one can notice mutual inspirations between the peculiar style of making theater and avant-garde artists
