Los mosaicos que decoran la Capilla del Santísimo de la Catedral de Madrid fueron realizados en 2011 por el Centro Aletti, dirigido por Marko Iván Rupnik. Este autor, gran conocedeor de las vanguardias, llena de significado los muros, inspirándose en el arte paleocristiano, bizantino y románico, para crear un programa iconográfico íntimamente ligado a la advocación y función litúrgica de la arquitectura.

The mosaics that decorate the Blessed Sacrament Chapel in the Cathedral of Madrid were created in 2011 by the Centro Aletti, directed by Marko Ivan Rupnik. This author, great expert of the avant-gardes, fills the meaning of the walls, thanks to his inpiration of Early Christian, Byzantine and Romanesque art. Thus, he creates an iconographic program intimately linked to the dedication and the liturgical function of the architecture.
