Resumen de Mito y mistagogía hipermoderna en "American Gods"

En este trabajo se explora la serie de televisión American Gods, basada en la novela homónima de Neil Gaiman. A partir de las teorías sobre el mito de Losada y sobre la edad hipermoderna y el cine de Lipovetsky y Serroy, se examina la causa por la que los mitos se adaptan y se globalizan de un modo tan exitoso en esta creación artística audiovisual.

In this work the American Gods TV show based on the homonymous novel by Neil Gaiman, is explored. Based on the theories of myth by Losada and of hypermodernity and cinema by Lipovetsky and Serroy, the cause by which myths adapt and globalize themselves in such a successful way in this artistic audio-visual creation is examined.
