  “Tactical Piacenza” fue una actividad formativa encuadrada dentro de la asignatura History of Architecture and Landscape in the Contemporary Age dentro del curso de máster (Laurea Magistrale) “Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design” de la Scuola di Architettura, Urbanistica, Ingegneria delle Costruzioni del Politecnico Di Milano (Campus Piacenza) durante el periodo académico 2016-17. Esta práctica utilizó una metodología activa de aprendizaje ideada por la plataforma de investigación “Laboratorio Q: de Lugares de Creatividad Urbana”, originada en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Sevilla y extendida a otros contextos académicos en Latinoamérica y Europa. Dentro de este curso teórico/práctico de carácter internacional sobre la historia de la ciudad y el paisaje contemporáneos, “Tactical Piacenza” cumplía un doble objetivo: fomentar un conocimiento crítico sobre el estado de obsolescencia de la ciudad europea de hoy, tomando como caso de estudio el propio contexto de Piacenza, e introducir al estudiante en la investigación académica, desarrollando los conceptos de Ciudad Creativa y Urbanismo Táctico.

  “Tactical Piacenza” was a training activity within the course of History of Architecture and Landscape in the Contemporary Age within the master’s degree (Laurea Magistrale) “Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design” of the Scuola di Architettura, Urbanistica, Ingegneria delle Costruzioni of the Politecnico Di Milano (Campus Piacenza) during the academic period 2016-17. This practice used an active learning methodology developed by the research platform “Laboratory Q: Places of Urban Creativity”, originated in the School of Architecture of the University of Seville and extended to other academic contexts in Latin America and Europe. Within this theoretical / practical course of international character on the history of the city and the contemporary landscape, Tactical Piacenza satisfied a double objective: promoting a critical knowledge on the state of the current European city, taking as case of study the context of Piacenza itself, and introducing students to academic research, developing the concepts of Creative City and Tactical Urbanism.
