  • Today digital signature is a key resource to guarantee security and privacy for commerce and online agreements, even more in an open environment like internet. Still there are questions difficult to solve due often to the various borders implied in transactions along with the different technological and legal development between countries.

    In reference to the spanish law there is an agreement about flaws in digital signature norms. In a short time a new law on digital signature will appear (right now is beings prepared). This new law will substitute the unfortunate 1999 Rule that currently active.
