    El futbol constituye un deporte muy importante a nivel mundial. La cantidad de dinero que genera le hace víctima de posibles delitos cometidos en el seno de sus entidades, concretamente desde los clubes de fútbol. El legislador español al amparo de diferentes instrumentos internacionales ha desarrollado la responsabilidad de las personas jurídicas no solo a través de la normativa administrativa-sectorial, sino también desde 2010 en sede penal. La introducción de esta figura ha puesto en jaque el principio de culpabilidad. Al mismo tiempo muestra deficiencias por su difícil encaje en el ordenamiento jurídico. Por lo tanto se observa la necesidad de aclarar la situación jurídica de los clubes deportivos desde sus diversas perspectivas.

    Football is a very important sport. The amount of money that generates makes him a victim of possible crimes committed within his entities, specifically from football clubs. The Spanish government under the protection of different instruments as international level has developed the responsibility of legal persons not only through the administrative-sectoral regulations, but also since 2010 in criminal court. The introduction of this figure has put the principle of culpability in complicated situation. At the same time, it shows deficiencies because it is difficult to fit into the legal system. Therefore, the need to clarify the legal status of sports clubs from their different perspectives is observed.
