Este artículo describe el trabajo de los colectivos de estudiantes y docentes de primer y segundo semestre de la Licenciatura en Educación Religiosa, como una estrategia pedagógica que dinamiza su currículo bajo los lineamientos misionales de la Universidad Católica de Pereira. Las características que sobresalen en este acompañamiento son la articulación de los resultados de admisión del estudiante, el trabajo conjunto con la Vicerrectoría de Proyecto de Vida, y con los docentes dentro y fuera del aula. Esta estrategia es un reto formativo en tanto que docentes y estudiantes construyen nuevas formas de integrar los contenidos disciplinares y problematizar la realidad del licenciado de Educación Religiosa en formación, por medio de la investigación formativa.

This article describes the Collective work of students and teachers of the first and second semester of the Bachelor of Religious Education, as a pedagogical strategy that dynamizes their curriculum under the missionary guidelines of the Catholic University of Pereira. The characteristics that stand out to this accompaniment are the articulation of the results of admission of the student, the joint work with the Vice-president of Life Project, and with the teachers inside and outside the classroom. This strategy is a formative challenge as teachers and students build new ways of integrating the disciplinary contents and problematize the reality of the Religious Education graduate in formation, through formative research.
