  • The authors comment on the use of place-based interventions in addressing health disparities. They consider various strategies in improving population health and addressing health disparities, including sustainable community initiatives, community health development, neighborhood revitalization initiatives, and collective impact programs. They mention new models in place-based intervention using collective impact and collective efficacy, and how various communities require different approaches.
