    El siguiente artículo analiza la evolución de la historiografía constitucional cubana desde sus orígenes hasta nuestros días. En ese sentido aborda el proceso de formación de la Historia Constitucional como disciplina académica en la Europa del siglo XIX, y luego se examina los inicios de los estudios histórico-jurídicos en Cuba durante el siglo mencionado. Finalmente analiza el desarrollo de la historiografía constitucional cubano a lo largo del siglo XX, considerando tanto la etapa prerrevolucionaria como la revolucionaria.

    The following paper analyzes the evolution of Cuban constitutional historiography from its origins to the present day. In that sense, it approaches the forming process of Constitutional History as an academic discipline in 19th-century Europe, and then examines the beginnings of historical-legal studies in Cuba during the century mentioned. Finally, it analyzes the development of Cuban constitutional historiography throughout the 20th century, considering both the pre-revolutionary and revolutionary stages.
