Resumen de El origen internacional de la protección penal del medio ambiente y su evolución jurídica en España

  El objeto de este artículo es analizar a nivel global la evolución de la protección del medio ambiente. Así, en un primer momento, se da a conocer el surgimiento del movimiento de justicia ambiental y su transformación e institucionalización. En segundo lugar, abordamos la cuestión de la protección del medio ambiente a nivel internacional, para dar paso al tercer punto, dedicado a la legislación española en materia de protección ambiental, centrándonos en la evolución de los delitos contra el medio ambiente. Para ello, realizaremos un recorrido por los movimientos sociales más importantes, citas in-ternacionales con mayor repercusión y analizaremos la evolución legislativa de nuestro Código penal en este tema.

  The aim of this article is to analyze the evolution of global environmental protec-tion. So, at first, we announce the appearance of the environmental justice movement and its trans-formation into an institutionalized phenomenon. Second, we address the issue of environmental protection at an international level. Finally, the third point is dedicated to the Spanish legislation on environmental protection, focusing on the evolution of crimes against the environment.Inorder to do this, we make a tour of the most important social movements, the international events with greater impact and we analyze the legislative evolution of our criminal code in this topic.
