Las prácticas de lectura y escritura con TIC en el aula: apuntes para una investigación futura

    La incorporación de las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación [TIC] al sistema educativo argentino es fruto tanto de políticas nacionales y provinciales de distintas modalidades y alcances como de otras influencias no planificadas y externas al campo educativo. Sea cual fuere su origen, el ingreso de las TIC al aula responde a un cambio cultural definido globalmente por una reestructuración cualitativa de nuestras formas de interactuar socialmente, de definir las identidades, y de producir y hacer circular el conocimiento. En esteartículo hemos fijado los lineamientos principales de una investigación futura cuyo objetivo es caracterizar las comunidades interpretativas que configuran los alumnos de una serie de escuelas sobre la base desus prácticas de lectura y escritura en el contexto escolar. Así, investigaremos la relación que los alumnos establecen con la cultura escrita conla implementación del Modelo 1 a 1, surgidacon el Plan Conectar Igualdad, llevado adelante por el gobierno nacional.

    The incorporation of the New Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) into Argentina´s education system is at the same time the result of both national and provincial policy as well as other unplanned influences that come from outside of the education’s field. Whatever its origin, the incorporation of ICTs into the classrooms reflects a global cultural’s change which consists of aqualitative transformation of the ways of our social interaction, the definition of our identities, and the production and circulation of knowledge. On the following paper we will present the main ideas of our future research, which aims to identify and characterize the interpretative communities conformed by students at school. In this way, we aim to study the relationships between students and written culture since the technological model implemented by the educational policy Plan Conectar Igualdad, developed by the national government.
