    Los autores quieren describir la evolución de la ayuda psicosocial forense a la administración de la justicia en materia de familia en España. La historia deja constancia de los aciertos y errores del trabajo profesional de ayuda a la justicia.

    También nos permite destacar aquellos “fracasos” que frustraron nuestro trabajo y el de los jueces. Esos expedientes crónicos que ocuparon gran parte de nuestra energía y que son la materia objeto de trabajo de una nueva figura profesional esperanzadora: la del coordinador de parentalidad. Nuestra propuesta desde dentro (integrada en el sistema judicial) es la mejor forma que encontramos de garantizar su trabajo y dotarle de autoridad, neutralidad y permanencia.

    The authors describe the evolution of forensic psychosocial support to the administration of family justice in Spain. The story reveals the rights and wrongs of the professional work of aid to justice. It also highlights the "failures" that thwarted our work and that of the judges. Such chronic cases that occupied much of our energy and that are the subject matter of the task of a promising new professional figure: the parenting coordinator. Our proposal from within (integrated in the judicial system) is the best way we found to guarantee their work and provide it with authority, neutrality and permanence.
