Resumen de Análisis y diferencias en satisfacción laboral de los recursos humanos y voluntarios con deportistas con discapacidad intelectual

  La satisfacción laboral es un factor determinante en los resultados de las organizaciones deportivas. Sin embargo, si nos centramos en el personal que hace posible el desarrollo del deporte con discapacitados intelectuales, nos encontramos con una ausencia sobre la satisfacción laboral de estos trabajadores. Actualmente no están identificado ni el perfil profesional ni satisfacción laboral correspondiente a personas que gestionan, trabajan y desarrollan sus funciones. Por este motivo, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las diferencias existentes en la satisfacción laboral de trabajadores y voluntarios que desarrollan su actividad con los deportistas con discapacidad intelectual. Para el análisis de la satisfacción laboral se utilizó la escala o herramienta de Overall Job Satisfaction de Warr, Cook, y Wall, independientemente de su formación. Finalmente por los resultados del presente estudio, el perfil del trabajador es mayoritariamente soltero/a con un rango de edad comprendido entre 31 a 40 años, sin titulación relacionada a la familia profesional de ciencias de la actividad física y el deporte. También, el presente estudio muestra un trabajador moderadamente satisfecho de manera generalizada, con diferencias entre satisfacción laboral si desempeña su función como voluntario o como trabajador por cuenta ajena.

  Job satisfaction is a determining factor in the results of sports organizations.

  However, if we focus on the personnel that make possible the development of sport with intellectual disabilities, we find an absence on the job satisfaction of these workers. Currently neither the professional profile nor job satisfaction corresponding to people who manage, work and develop their functions are identified. For this reason, the objective of this study was to analyze the differences in the job satisfaction of workers and volunteers who work with athletes with intellectual disabilities. For the analysis of job satisfaction we used the scale or tool of Overall Job Satisfaction of Warr, Cook, and Wall, this was created in the United Kingdom in order to analyze workers regardless of their training. Finally, for the results of the present study, the profile of the worker is mostly single with an age range between 31 to 40 years, without qualification related to the professional family of physical activity and sports sciences. Also, the present study shows a moderately satisfied worker in a generalized way, with differences between job satisfaction if he performs his function as a volunteer or as an employee
