Quotidianitat crítica versus poesia de l’experiència: una aproximació a l’obra poètica d’Antoni Nadal

    With the ultimate aim of revising the historiographical and aesthetic systematizations that have been applied to the Catalan poetry of the last decades, this article explores the possible uses of the label ‘critical everydayness’ as a form of categorization of some recent Catalan poetics. This new categorization differs from both the label ‘poetry of experience’ –which has been dominant in the analysis of lyric production of the 1970s and 1980s– and the terms ‘realism’ and ‘hyperrealism’. The defining feature of ‘critical everydayness’ is the constitution of a political and ethical individual that ironically recycles the symbolist and realistic poetic codes in order to construct an anti-elitist discourse serving social resistance. This concept is applied to the reading of the poetry of Antoni Nadal, who, in deliberately dismissing grandiloquence, exploits the subversive value of everydayness

    Amb la voluntat de revisar les sistematitzacions historiogràfiques i estètiques que s’han aplicat a la poesia catalana de les darreres dècades, aquest article explora les possibilitats d’ús de l’etiqueta ‘quotidianitat crítica’ com a forma de categorit-zació d’algunes poètiques recents. Aquesta categorització es desmarca tant de la rúbrica ‘poesia de l’experiència’ –dominant en l’anàlisi de la producció lírica dels anys setanta i els vuitanta– com dels termes ‘realisme’ i ‘hiperrealisme’. La quotidia-nitat crítica es caracteritza per la constitució d’un subjecte polític i ètic que recicla irònicament els codis poètics simbolistes i realistes per instituir un discurs antielitista que es posa al servei d’un discurs de resistència social. El concepte s’aplica a la lectura de la poesia d’Antoni Nadal, un autor que, en defugir deliberadament la grandiloqüència, explota el valor subversiu de la quotidianitat.
