Resumen de Una nota sobre la orientación astronómica del enterramiento megalítico de Huerta Montero (Almendralejo)

En este trabajo, analizamos la orientación astronómica del enterramiento megalítico de Huerta Montero (Almendralejo). Hemos calculado la oblicuidad de la eclíptica para la fecha probable de uso de este monumento funerario. Así mismo, hemos calculado la trayectoria del Sol durante el amanecer del día del solsticio de invierno para el año 2650 a.C. Estos resultados muestran que la orientación de la tumba estaba desplazada unos 7 grados respecto al punto donde salía el Sol durante el solsticio. Discutimos el significado y las implicaciones de esta pequeña desviación.

In this work, the astronomical orientation of the tomb of Huerta Montero (Almendralejo) has been analyzed. We have calculated the obliquity of the ecliptic in the probable date of use of this funerary monument. Likewise, we have calculated the solar trajectory during the dawn of the Winter solstice day in the year 2650BC. These results show that the orientation of this tomb was shifted about 7 degrees to the point where the sun rose during the solstice. We discuss the meaning and implications of this small deviation.
