    Following the smart ethical reflections of Theodor Adorno and Alaine Finkielkraut, the author of this article proposes a base for the ethical discourse starting from memory as a fundamental categorical imperative. From her perspective, the memory of victims, of sufferers, has to guide the sense and orientation of the philosophical ethics; in other words, ethics have to be built considering seriously historic memory, the reminiscences of the defeated, quoting Reyes Mate.

    Seguint les agudes reflexions ètiques de Th. Adorno i d'A. Finkielkraut, l'autora d'aquest article proposa una fonamentació del discurs ètic a partir de la memòria com a imperatiu ètic fonamental. Des de la seva perspectiva, la memòria de les víctimes, dels sofrents, ha de guiar el sentit i l'orientació de l'ètica filosòfica o, dit d'una altra manera, l'ètica s'ha de construir considerant seriosament la memòria històrica, el record dels vençuts, en paraules de Reyes Mate.
