Los jesuitas se lanzaron al mundo llevando las consignas de obediencia al Papa y universalidad, con una estrategia evangelizadora centrada en la utópica construcción de ciudades de Dios (por ejemplo las misiones) alejadas de los centros urbanos españoles –en este caso- y una piedad orientada a la acción social y espiritual con los aborígenes que alterara lo menos posible su cultura.

The Jesuit rushed to the world taking the watchwords of obedience to the Pope and universality, with an evangelizing strategy centered in the utopian construction of cities of God (for example the missions) far from the centers urban Spaniards - in this case - and a pity guided to the social and spiritual action with the aboriginal ones that it altered the less possible thing their culture.
