Resumen de Enfoques testimoniales en Galeano

El objetivo de este artículo es realizar una exégesis de los elementos testimoniales en Días y noches de amor y de guerra, de Eduardo Galeano. Se presenta la interrelación entre la literatura y el contexto político-social inherente a la obra, así como las vertientes literarias de Latinoamérica que hicieron posible este tipo de narrativa. El análisis se sustenta en una conceptualización de la factualidad, el lenguaje y los discursos. Y se hace hincapié en que este género representa una forma distinta de hacer literatura, por su enfoque desde los hechos y no desde el plano ficticio.

The aim of this work is to achieve an exegesis of the testimonial elements in Days and Nights of Love and War, written by Eduardo Galeano. We also present the relation between literature and the socio-political context inherent to the text. As well, we introduce information about dif- ferent Latin American literary trends that made possible this kind of narrative. Our analysis is based in a concep- tualization of factualities, language and discourses. We stress the fact that this genre represents a different form of literature, because its approach emerges from facts, not from a fictional level.
