En las redes sociales de Internet es habitual que padres o familiares divulguen fotografías de sus hijos pequeños, sin pensar en la desprotección que éstos sufren respeto a sus derechos a la intimidad, al honor y a la propia imagen. Repasaremos aquí la legislación existente sobre esta cuestión, valorando si es ético que los padres exhiban imágenes que pertenecen a la esfera íntima de los niños, si el Ministerio Fiscal podría actuar en estos casos, o si el mismo medio podría promover medidas para autorregularse.

In the Internet social networks is usual to find parents who spread photographies of their little children, without thinking about the vulnerability that the children suffer respect his rights to personal privacy,, honour and own image. We will revise the existing legislation on this question, valuing if it is ethical that the parents exhibit images that belong to the intimate sphere of the children, if the Attorney General's office might act in these cases, or if the media itself might promote measures for autoregulation.
