La Ley 29/2015, de 30 de julio, de cooperación jurídica internacional en materia civil ha modificado la Disposición Adicional décima sexta de la Ley 2/2014, de 25 de marzo, de la Acción y del Servicio Exterior del Estado. Esto ha provocado un cambio respecto a quiénes pueden realizar traducciones e interpretaciones oficiales en España. En este trabajo se delimita el concepto de traducción e interpretación oficial de otros afines, como la traducción-interpretación jurada, jurídica, judicial o certificada; se precisa quiénes pueden llevar a cabo traducciones-interpretaciones oficiales, cuándo se requiere traducción-interpretación oficial y hacia dónde se encaminan la traducción e interpretación.

The Law 29/2015, 30th July, on international legal cooperation in civil matters has modified the sixteenth additional provision of the Law 2/2014, of 25th March of Action and Foreign Service of the State. This has caused a change in relation to who can perform official translations and interpretations in Spain. In this work it will be delimited the concept of official translation and interpretation of other related concepts such as sworn, legal, judicial or certified translation/interpretation requirements as well as who can perform official translations-interpretations, when an official translation-interpretation is required and what is the future of the juridical, legal and sworn translation and interpretation.
