    Las hermandades cordobesas atesoran un extenso y rico patrimonio histórico artístico que ha sido reunido a lo largo del tiempo con una principal motivación, la de exaltar y venerar a sus Sagrados Titulares. Entre estos elementos patrimoniales nos encontramos con bienes pertenecientes a la imaginería, al bordado o a la talla, y cómo no, al nobilísimo arte de la orfebrería. En este caso, no podemos obviar cómo en Córdoba, a lo largo de la Historia, la orfebrería demuestra una dilatada y brillante tradición que abarca desde la Edad Media, con figuras como la de Enrique de Arfe, hasta nuestros días. Por tanto, el objetivo esencial de nuestra comunicación no es otro que el de ofrecer una visión general, pero a la vez completa, sobre la evolución estilística y funcional de la orfebrería presente en la Semana Santa de Córdoba, de la mano de su autores más insignes y las piezas más representativas.

    The Cordoba brotherhoods cherish a long and rich artistic heritage that has been gathered over time with a main motivation, exalt and worship their sacred headlines. In this case, we can not ignore how in Cordoba, throughout history, the goldsmith demonstrates a long and brilliant tradition that spans from the Middle Ages, with figures like Enrique de Arfe, until today. Therefore, the main objective of our communication is nonother than to provide an overview, but full time on the stylistic and functional evolution of jewelry present in the Holy Week in Cordoba, in the hands of its author's illustrious and the most representative pieces.
