El presente trabajo revisa algunas características de la interacción alumno-docente en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y sus implica- ciones en el mismo. En él se consideran los procesos motivacionales y algunos elementos involucrados como emociones, sentimientos, autoestima que forman parte en dicho proceso.Los estudios analizados demuestran que la flexibilidad pedagógica y las percepciones de los estudiantes respecto a su propio aprendizaje son factores que determinan la interacción alumno-docente. Los resultados de las investigaciones consideradas ponen de manifiesto la relevancia del contexto escolar como grupo social y la comunicación entre el alumno y el docente pues el contexto educativo es el espacio donde conviven, se relacionan, cambian impresiones el alumno y el docente. Por último cabe señalar que tanto la interactividad como in- teracción dentro del aula de clases condiciona el tipo de acciones y relaciones que los actores educativos generan.
This paper reviews some features of student-teacher interaction in the teaching-learning and its implications in the same process. It con- siders motivational processes and elements involved as emotions, feelings, self-esteem that part in that process.The studies analyzed show that the pedagogical flexibility and perceptions of students regarding their learning are factors that determine the student-teacher interaction. The research results reveal considered the relevance of school context as a social group and communica- tion between the student and the teacher as the educational context is the space where they live, interact, exchange impressions the stu- dent and the teacher. Finally it should be noted that both interactivity and interaction within the classroom determines the type of actions and relationships education actors generated.
