El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar la reparación desde una perspectiva de género en el Derecho Internacional y el desafío que supone para el mismo. A tal efecto, el artículo examina algunos documentos internacionales y la aplicación práctica por mecanismos de justicia transicional y su posible influencia en la Corte Penal Internacional y el Fondo Fiduciario para las víctimas.

This article aims to analyze the gender perspective reparation in International Law and the challenge for it. To that end, the article examines some international documents and the practical application in transitional justice mechanisms, International Criminal Court and Trust Fund for Victims.
